Dave poses a question of how it is to be Black working in retail and dealing with racism from employers. The government hates us, but they're sending us another stimi payment and you know niggas will spend it on nut shit per usual. Verzuz switches from Tidal to Apple Music and the 2020 Emmy nominations have come out, sparking a discussion of what to look forward to at the coming awards ceremony that'll probably be held on Zoom because...COVID. Kevy Boy dives into his pandemic dating bag and it's always fun talking scoundrel business, especially during this current climate we're in. Also, Korey pays homage to the late, great Civil Rights activist John Lewis and reminds everyone to keep protesting, keep donating, register to vote, and keep moving forward to remind the world that it DOES NOT move without Black lives! 

EP23: Mount Coonmore

Reporting live from Cooney Island by way of Zoom, the bruvs are back again with something new for y’all. This week, the guys dive into more pandemic madness accompanied with more of America’s "band-aid" complex when dealing with racial injustices plaguing Black people and other minorities. Y’all know they STILL haven’t arrested the cops who killed Breonna Taylor, right? Not to mention, people are still refusing to wear masks and are willing to die on their conspiracy theorist hill of “COVID is a hoax”. Jada Pinkett-Smith took herself to the “Red Table” alongside her husband, Will Smith, to discuss her “entanglement” she was in with R&B singer, August Alsina. Terry Crews is the Bozo of the Week...again. Kanye put his name in the presidential election race (though now, he has retracted his bid) and Orange County Dave gave us his political insights surrounding that. New shows and new music from Pop Smoke & Juice WRLD have released, so there’s some perspective given on that along with Billboard’s new “rules”. Some NBA players have been complaining about their $1B bubble at Disney World and Jimmy and Kowboy are NOT here for it. EP22: Black America is America

It’s Juneteenth, baybeeee! This go around, it’s a lot different than last year. In a world where the COVID-19 pandemic and civil unrest amongst the Black community meet in the same timeline, the bruvs are right in the thick of it with y’all. Jimmy gives out a few Bozo awards and boy, was it a tough one because some of YOU niggas have been really acting up. O.C.D. (Dave) gives his perspective on J. Cole’s new track and its alleged shots fired at Chicago rapper/activist NoName. Kevy Berry Punch is faded, but not too faded to talk his shit about the state of the country and where Black people fit into it. Kowboy took his Black ass to Palmdale to protest last weekend, but also had a chance to sit in on some important online meetings over the week and gives some insight on what he witnessed from those events. We conclude with some talks about reparations for Black Americans and other randomness that you’ll only get right here, on our show.
